But how many people know how to install ANY script, no matter how easy it is? I see people's eye glaze over when I start to show them what to do when they ask me for help. You start by mentioning FTP and file permissions and within seconds they are asking me how much it would cost for me to do it for them. As an installer of Wordpress, you will never be out of a job, unless you choose to. The market is WIDE OPEN for installation of blogs because of the customization that almost everyone requests. I get many of my clients from self installations that went horribly wrong because they did not follow one single step. Or worse, they used the one click installation and someone hacked their website within 24 hours of the installation because they didn't think to use a strong password. Offering a discount is a good idea, but you are hurting yourself by offering it for free. If you have a strong backend to your business, however, then your offer is a very good one.
