Here are some frequently asked questions about our installation service that we have compiled. Please contact us if you have any specific questions that is not covered here.

1. What should I do to get started?

   Simply browse our site for the right script and order the service or contact us for a specific script.

   Provide us with the relevent information for installation which may includes the following:

   • FTP acccount username and password
   • Hosting control panel username and password
   • SSH username and password

   Don't worry if you have no clue what is what. We will guide you through once we contact you.

   Take a break and let us work for you.

2. Can I trust you?
   

   We had been providing for the last 2 years and want to continuing providing this service, so it is not in our interest to cheat you.

   For installation, it is a fresh new install. But if you have existing data, you might want to backup or remove the data before providing access to us.

   For additional information security, please refer to the next question.

   If we cannot do the work require, there is also an immediate refund.

3. Is our account information safe with you?

   We keep your information with the strictest confidentiality.

   To have a peace of mind you can,

   • Change the account password before providing them to us.
   • Change the account password again after we have completed the service.

   If you have specific concern, let us know and we are happy to talk to you about it.

4. Do you do script upgrade?

   Yes we do. Please see our script upgade page for a quotation.

5. How long does the installation takes?

   Once payment is made and information to access the system is provided, we can complete the installation within 48 hours. In most cases it is done less than 12 hours.

6. What if we were not able to install the script in 2 days?

   If all information are provided correctly and the system meet the requirement for the script installation, we will refund you in the even the script is not up and running in 2 days.

7. Do you also install ASP/CGI scripts?

   Our strength is in PHP/MySQL based scripts. Although we sometimes help clients with CGI/ASP scripts we do not offer it as a standard service. Contact us if there is a particular script that you need installed and we will evaluate it.

8. Does the installation fee include the script price?

   Most of the scripts we install are open source and can be freely downloaded.
   if the script is a commercial script, you must purchase it separately before we can install it for you.
   If you are unsure, contact us and we will guide you through the steps in purchasing the commercial script. In this case you will need to pay for the script.
