Term of Service

This Term of Service covers our services provides on this website. Before requesting our services, you should read and agree with this terms of services. These terms may change at any time so you should read them every time you make a request.

OpenSourcer.com will install script on your server for a low one-time fixed fee. We will require access to your server to create the necessary directories with proper permissions, upload files, install and configure the script and test the script. Once completed we will send you an email with the details on how to access your script.

Installation means setting up the script to work as initially provided by the script source package and doesn't include any customization or modifications of the script.

If the script is an open source script, we will download and install the latest version from the script website.

If the installation for a paid script, you must provide the source package or means to obtain the source package for installation. You must own a valid license for the script. We will not be held responsible if the script provided has been obtained illegally.

We will refund you the fee paid if we are not able to install the script on your server for any reason, be it because of your server or because of the script. Please make sure that your server meet the script requirement before requesting our services though, this will make things easier for everyone.

Once the script has been installed and is working properly on your server, you have one week to report any problem. However, no refund will be provided if the script was modified and the modification caused the script to fail.

After one week your server information will be deleted for our server for your security (see also our Provacy Policy). Any additional changes will be billable separately.

We will not be held responsible if the script installed contains bugs or security holes. See also the terms of use of the script for details. The script is installed 'as-is'.

Upgrades of the script to a newer version after installation are not included. However if a new version of the script appears within one week of installation, we will reinstall (not upgrade) the new version at no cost.
